David Grove’s personal journey with Bylt is deeply rooted in his upbringing and lifelong connection to the construction industry.

Growing up, David worked alongside his father, who was a contractor and logger, crafting a log home entirely by hand over nine years. Watching his father struggle to navigate the challenges of contracting—like unreliable payments, unclear expectations, and the lack of industry transparency—left a lasting impression on him. As a young carpenter himself, David experienced these same hurdles firsthand.

Later, as the owner of a successful disaster restoration company, he gained deep insights into construction processes and how third-party administrators (TPAs) manage insurance claims. He saw a glaring gap in how TPAs could enhance trust, transparency, and efficiency in new

builds and remodels.
